Amazing fine point. The cap is a little are to get in and off but that could just be me. I love the size, I can get a variety of different strokes with this brush.

The Quill Watercolor Travel Brush is exquisite! It is well made, balanced, not too heavy, and fits into its handle well both for painting and storage. I did a test painting with it as soon as I opened it and it performed fabulously! It is probably the equivilent of a regular size 8 pointed round, which means it can hold plenty of water and paint, and even though it is super soft and manipulative-able, it retains a superb point. The painting is tiny! 2.44" x 2.44" or 62mm x 62mm. This brush handled wet on wet, wet on dry, washes, lifting, layering, and tiny details like magic. I did contact seller about ship times and she was kind and helpful and assured me the brush would get to me before I leave on vacation. She was right! It arrived 2 days before I am scheduled to leave and I could not love it more!
