Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within about 2 business days (personalized and made-to-order items may take longer). US Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, US Priority 1–3 business days, Canada 7–14 days, and international orders 10–21 days. Made-to-order items like the Personalized Plein Air Watercolor Board take about 3 weeks from purchase to delivery.

What paints are included?

Paints are sold separately from the painting board — the board comes with the board in your chosen color, a built-in magnet for palette attachment, slide-track water bucket, sketchbook clip, absorbent sponge, and magnetic sticker patch. To paint right away, pair it with one of our travel palettes, available empty or pre-filled with hand-filled Holbein watercolors.

How does personalization / engraving work?

Choose your color from our Field & Flora collection, then add your name, a favorite quote, or anything up to 20 characters (upper and lowercase, default font). Every board is made to order just for you — please allow approximately 3 weeks from purchase to delivery.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as you received them. Just contact Nana to start a return — if it's accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. Sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods can't be returned.

It fits perfectly in my small Art Toolkit bag and will be great for on the go.
It's light weight, small enough to fit in my little travel bag and the magnet is strong enough.
Portable, secure closure and absolutely beautiful!

Quick easy and compact! This is perfect for urban sketching and painting on the go.

Great item and well crafted

I was looking at other similar items but didn’t like the thickness or ability of the layers to eventually separate with wear and literally wondered out loud why no one had 3d printed such a thing when I saw this. I already own one of their cute palettes, so ofc I ordered, and it’s perfect, light, thin, and strong. The seller included lots of nice little extras, as well

Works great! 3 more words.

I’m hoping this will get me sketching more!

Well packed, palates attach nicely can't wait to use!

This seller is very responsive and friendly. The items are as described and work well for watercolor painting. I’m a repeat customer!

This is such a sweet useful item for traveling and painting on the go and plein air. Shipped and arrived in a very timely manner, and very responsive seller. Thank you!

This little easel is exactly what I was looking for! It fits perfectly in my small Art Toolkit bag and will be great for on the go. If you’re looking for something sturdy, lightweight, and small this is it.

I finally tried it and I love it. It's light weight, small enough to fit in my little travel bag and the magnet is strong enough to hold my metal palette. Just be sure your palette is small. The only thing that is not perfect is that the water cup is a bit bulky and I'd prefer if I could use it on the side in addition to the front. But still a great product and cheaper than comparable products. I do like that it's plastic because it'll be easy to clean

I will definitely use these in my Plein air painting. Easy to fill and carry.

Great product and fast delivery
